Presentation Options

Oral Communications

The oral communication will be during the assigned session, with 12 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions or comments from the audience.

Only 1 oral communication per main author registered will be allowed.

Authors should send the oral communication in editable PPT format the Symposium Secretariat (mollusk@ipb.pt) by August 31st.

Poster

Select one of the 2 available options:

Option 1: Digital version

Authors should make an audio recording of up to 5 minutes presenting their work in mp3 format and send it to the Symposium Secretariat (mollusk@ipb.pt) by August 31st, along with the poster in editable PPT format.

Note: Select the 16:9 format (obligatory!) for your digital poster presentation.

Option 2: Paper version

Posters must be formatted to a maximum size of 70 × 120 cm, in portrait orientation. At registration, authors will receive information regarding their poster location and assigned number, which will be displayed on the poster board. Materials for mounting posters will be provided.

PS: Neither the organizers nor the conference centre has the facilities/equipment to print your poster. So, you can contact a copy center in the city centre to print your poster. Please get in touch with the organizing committee in advance if needed.
