Before you begin your registration, please read the following important informations
All regis.tration fees include attendance to conference, documentation (except companions), two abstracts per first author, 1 Opening night reception/Porto de Honra, 4 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, 1 field trip, and 1 degustation and cultural initiatives.
Companion’s fee includes: Opening night reception/Porto de Honra, 4 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, 1 field trip, 1 degustation, cultural initiatives and touristic information to visits main local attractions.
Meeting fee does not cover:
- workshops (attendees will have to choose their options, according to limits, after March 20)
- transfers from nearest airports (those wanting should book this during registration process)
- gala dinner (those wanting to attend should book this during registration process)
- hotel accommodation (attendees have to book it by themselves here)
Registering as a student implies that the participant is currently enrolled in an academic programme and that he/she has proof of enrollment which will be attached to an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org, subject: student confirmation, your name.
* Students (undergraduate) rates include one year of SEB membership ($30; 27.5€). Applicable only to new members in 2017. It cannot be used for renewal again membership.
